45 Minute Standing Cardio & Flexibility Fusion with Takara
Standing workout that will fuse cardio with strengthening exercises, appropriate warmup and cooldown stretches are provided as well. If you are working on your balance, we recommend you use a chair or wall for support, as you do these exercises. Feel free to drop the weights at any point, or modify as needed, and just follow the movements, as you build your confidence, coordination, strength, and balance.
* Please be advised that this video demonstrates overhead weight exercises, which is a contraindication for those with a TBI. We recommend you complete those exercises with no added weights, just following along with the arm movements. *
