Adaptive Wellness Collective (AWC) by Shepherd Center is a premier digital health platform delivering specialized virtual adaptive fitness classes and comprehensive neuro-rehabilitation resources online. Backed by clinical expertise, this inclusive platform features a robust library of live and on-demand adaptive exercise programs for brain injuries, stroke recovery, spinal cord injuries, and multiple sclerosis (MS).
Engineered specifically for neurological patients, wheelchair users, senior populations, and dedicated caregivers, AWC bridges the gap in continuity of care with highly targeted programming. Every fitness and wellness video incorporates a wide variety of exercise modifications to accommodate varying mobility levels, ensuring accessibility.
Beyond traditional adaptive cardio and mobility training, the platform provides highly specialized routines focusing on fine motor skills, eye strengthening, and physical coordination. Members also gain access to curated educational content specifically tailored to the unique daily needs, health management, and recovery goals of neurological populations and their support networks.
